Yep! Today is Dea’s birthday! Being one of our biggest Tracy fans, she has requested an extra installment! Dea! Your wish is my command! Extra Tracy tech on the next page!

(Above) An aircar diagram I just came across. I must have done this twenty years ago. (Below) Tracy’s right hand man, Sam Catchem, and aircar.

Happy birthday, Ms. Dea!
Happy Birthday, Dea! (Again!
)
I think someone mentioned a little bit ago that bullets that old probably wouldn’t work. Good call! Oh man! We’re so close to actually meeting this creepy gentleman in the upper room! This guy has to have something good if he tried to off himself rather than be caught by the Police!!
The old bullet comment would be me, of course!!
An even more special treat…DD mag lev car pics!! Thanks!
The old guy isn’t all that’s withered and old. Even the bullets don’t work anymore…HAA! Well, now we’re ready to get to the bottom of it…thanks for the extra fun today!!
Number Five is alive!
Doug, did you devise the controls yourself, or did you see it in one of the earlier strips?
Hi Dea, I revised them a bit from the strip.
See the problem is ammo doesn’t loose it’s power, as long as the rounds are not corroded they will fire and they will be a deadly as when they were first made. I know guys who shoot 60+ year old rounds in their WW2 vintage rifles and they are definitely deadly.
Terry
Luckily, not in this case!
That’s what the little gun is called, a Derringer, duh! I knew that…
And again, Happy B-Day Dea
Thanks for the BDay wishes and fun today, guys!
Happy birthday Deanne! Here’s hoping you have a good many more!
Happy birthday Dea! And to many more!
Happy Birthday Dea, and thanks to Doug for the extra Dick Tracy goodies.
Doug, I was reading the DS9 companion and noticed that on the Promenade directory there’s a listing for “Diet Smith Corporation”.
Your past catching up again? LOL!
Barrie! Finally someone noticed!
Gotta love it! Too bad you couldn’t have snuck a Space Coupe in the background decoration or something somewhere.
Would that be the same Promenade Directory that lists the Jupiter Mining Corporation from Red Dwarf? Should known they’d be some other in-jokes there.
The same. There’s also a listing for Del Floria’s Tailors; a reference to the Man from U.N.C.L.E. which used a tailor’s shop of the same name.
Also, you’ll find Yoyodyne listed there as well. An Alien reference I think.
Lectroids! And they like the name, John…nice name!
Now I wouldn’t have known that if it wasn’t for this blog introducing me to BB, which I have finally seen.
Aliens is Weyland-Yutani.
Yoyodyne is Buckaroo Banzai.
Del Floria’s was also used whenever we shot on NY street. Far Beyond the Stars had a Del Floria’s… and yes, it is most assuredly a Man From U.N.C.L.E. reference.
Yes, I am guilty as charged.
Happy B-day, Dea! May all your wrist-talks have clear reception.
