drex files ship survey

Ok! I need your help!

Tell me what ships you are looking for, right here, right now, and ‘ol Doug will see what he can excavate. I’m down about five thousand feet, and there is no end in sight!

Oh and what about that USS Awahnnee (there’s a picture of it in those Behind the Scenes trading cards).

Something with the hull from a small model of the Ent D and some stabilo pens . . . .

What about the D-5 battle cruiser and that small Klingon assault ship of the Klingon Augments from “Divergence”? That would be cool!

What about the “major ships” (Galaxy, Sovereign, Defiant classes, etc.) and the “supporting ships” (Miranda, Constellation, Excelsior classes, etc.)? I believe there are some cool shots and concept sketches of them in some archives..
Btw. You make a great work by providing so much to the fans – please keep on going!

Here a ship that i always wonder alot about , since we seen it in every single esp of enterprise (expect the mirror universe ones) , its the advanced looking shuttle like ship in the credits just after ISS. The OV – 165 number on it.

this is the one i am talking about.

    Dear Doug,

As a Johnny-come-lately it seems you’ve your “work” cut out for you. I know we might seem like a pack of hungry wolves zeroing on a kill, but you have to understand that most of us have been dying for good reference pics of what we consider the other heroes of the shows (I for one for decades now), the ships…You and John Eaves and all the others I consider heroes (Sternbach, the Okuda’s, Probert, Datin, Curry and so on)are opening the floodgates now and we are eternally grateful for that…
It’s like we’ve been starving for decades and suddenly manna is coming down from the heavens…I for one am overwhelmed with what has come available lately…I’m intensely gratefull…Thank you and the others…

How about the 3 nacelled Sabre named the Saratoga that Alex Jaeger mentioned in the Saber post?

Hi Doug! First, let me say THANK you! I saved all the images you made available. It´s a treasure and source of inspiration. About what I would like to see…. First, excuse me for jump to late in the wagon. :D Early in 90´s, a brazilian magazine published sketches for the Enterprise-F (but in the hull you can clearly see 1701-E assigned). The ship had an unconvetional design for Trek ships: the pylons over a “saucer” like the Ent-E, mounted at the sides of the bridge, and a sec hull glued directly under the “saucer”, with a deflector similar to the one placed on Voyager. Do you know the sketch I´m talking about? I have only two small pics, all that I found about that sketch. I would like to know a little more about that ship, if you know something about her. ;) I can provide you the two pics that I have. Just drop me a line to the e-mail noted above, and I´ll send the pics to you ASAP! In advance, a big thank you!
