BarBara Luna is impossible…
Behold! Hot as ever! In fact arguably hotter than she was forty years ago when she appeared as the Captain’s woman in the classic Star Trek episode Mirror Mirror! What trickery is this?
Hmmmm… one get’s the feeling that if you could study photographs from Ancient Egypt, the revolutionary war, the middle ages, or any other era you choose, you would find her, eternally gorgeous. Does she have a painting of herself in the attic? A magic scarab that funnels eternal youth, or does she sleep in a large tupperware container?
Luna has appeared on screen with major stars such as Frank Sinatra, Lee Marvin, Henry Fonda, Jimmy Stewart and Spencer Tracy. When Enterprise made it’s “Mirror” episode, I asked Luna if she would grace the sets with a visit. I also wanted to give producer and TOS fan Manny Cotto a thrill. If you’ve seen that picture of Manny at age ten, watching TOS in his PJ’s, then you can be relatively sure that he was floating on air that day.

Barbara recently shot an episode of Star Trek Phase 2 in June called Enemy:Starfleet. She played “Alersa” the episodes antagonist. She was a great pleasure to work with, lots of fun and class. Of course I think that, once again, the captain got the best deal.
I well know, as Luna’s scenes for New Voyages IHW were shot in my living room! She has become one of our most adored friends. – Doug

Doncha just love Doug Drexler, he is so very talented, won an Oscar two emmy’s and never talks about it….he so cool. And, not only is his wife extemely brilliant….she’s a fantastic cook! He has it all, and rightfully so.
